Payment and Refund Policy
Fees and Deadlines:
- Standard Package: Early Bird $450 (until June 2024), Regular $500.
- Premium Package: Early Bird $999 (until June 2024), Regular $1200.
VIP Package: $6999. - Payment Method: Payment must be made through online Payment( Visa/Master card/.
- Due Date: Payments must be completed by the designated deadline for the selected pricing tier.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
Cancellation by Participant:
- Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration cost if made before 45 days of the forum
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made 30 days before.
- Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the forum organizers.
- Transaction Fees: All refunds are subject to a non-refundable transaction fee.
- Changes: The forum reserves the right to make changes to the event's program, location, or speakers.
- Cancellation by Organizers:
In the event of cancellation by the organizers, participants will receive a refund of their registration fee minus a handling charge to cover administrative costs.
The forum is not liable for any other expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.
- Substitutions of registered participants are allowed up to 20 days without incurring additional fees.
- Notification of substitution must be made in writing to the forum organizers.
In cases of force majeure, the forum organizers reserve the right to retain the registration fees to cover costs incurred in preparation for the event.
The ASEAN-Africa Minerals Investment Forum is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property, however caused.
