Dr. Dalaly Peter Kafumu
Former Commissioner for Minerals, Tanzania

Mr Fui Sokpoli Tsikata
Senior Partner at Reindorf Chambers, Ghana
Fui Sokpoli Tsikata is a Ghanaian legal expert with over forty years in mineral and energy law. As a Senior Partner at Reindorf Chambers, he has led major negotiations in Ghana and consulted for the UN Economic Commission for Africa and the Commonwealth Secretariat.
He has represented Ghana in key legal cases, including the maritime dispute with Côte d’Ivoire at ITLOS. Mr. Tsikata also taught at the University of Ghana for twenty-nine years, introducing Natural Resources Law, and contributes to academic publications.
